Hire Resolve’s client is a leading healthcare provider in Cape Town, dedicated to delivering compassionate and high-quality patient care. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Nursing Manager to join their team and lead with excellence in clinical service delivery and nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership to the nursing team across various departments.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and clinical governance frameworks.

Oversee nursing resource planning, training, and professional development.

Foster a culture of patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Monitor and manage budgets, staffing levels, and performance metrics.
Requirements:

Registered Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing; a post-graduate qualification in Nursing Management or similar is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior nursing leadership role.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
-
Proven track record in staff management, clinical governance, and quality assurance.
