Description:
The role is responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies, maintaining consistent customer engagement, and driving the achievement of sales objectives. Key responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, monitoring and planning all events, and serving as a bridge between sales, marketing, and other departments to optimize overall efficiency and effectiveness to promote the company’s products or services
The Duties Include But Will Not Be Limited To:
- Assist the sales team with lead management, tracking sales activities, and following up on prospects.
- Support the preparation of sales/events presentations, proposals, and customer-facing materials.
- Generate events reports and giving feedback timeously
- l Maintain customer databases and track customer engagement to ensure proactive follow-ups.
- Assist in the planning and execution of client training sessions and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate regular meetings with the director to drive events
- Other duties as assigned.

- Qualification and Requirements
- Grade 12 (or equivalent)
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (Advantageous)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Package)
- Familiarity with CRM tools
Experience and Knowledge
- Experience in a Sales Support/Events Coordinator role 2 – 5 Years
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and databases to manage customer relationships 2 5 Years
- Experience with data analysis and the ability to interpret sales trends and provide actionable insights 2 – 3 Years.
- Report writing to be able to present and give feedback to the relevant stakeholders within BCE.
