Description:
3 KITCHENS IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED SOUS CHEF.
Must have a minimum of 3 years as a Sous Chef in a full service kitchen. Able to lead the pass and service working with CDP's.
Passion for consistency, presentation and quality of sauces and flavours is essential.
Knowledge of Grill, meats and fish for every temperature.
The ideal candidate will have the ideas to bring their own recipes and seasonal changes to the menu and will be required to cook and present these as part of their application process.
Ability to train junior chefs
Knowledge of kitchen Hygiene, Prep planning
Ability to cost recipes and do orders and manage the kitchen stock to achieve the GP targets set.
Clients must live in Strand or Somerset West or have reliable own transport to work the different shifts required.
