We are looking for a SAP GTS Functional Consultant to join our team. As the SAP GTS Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining SAP GTS solutions. Your duties will include analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, conducting testing, and providing end-user training and support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business process integration and alignment with SAP GTS best practices. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in SAP GTS and a proven track record of successful project delivery. · SAP GTS Functional (Global Trade Services)
· Knowledge in Customs processes IT (Business processes advantageous)
· SAP SD & MM experience and extensive knowledge
· Debugging ABAP skills (Advantageous)
· Incident management process
· JIRA/Confluence
· Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
· JIRA/Confluence knowledge advantage (Agile)
· Flexibility to take up different tasks in the initiatives.
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
· SAP GTS completed courses would be advantageous
· Strong experience in Application Maintenance, Enhancements and Operations
· Good understanding of system landscape to design adequate and governance compliant to secure role design and user provisioning.
· Good problem-solving capabilities are necessary to investigate and propose alternate solutions for compliance conflicts.
