Are you a dynamic and driven attorney specializing in corporate and commercial law? Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney with a proven track record in contract drafting and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join their team.Key Requirements:
LLB degree (essential). B. Com / Finance degree (advantageous). LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law (advantageous). 4+ years post-article experience, with a strong focus on non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters. Exceptional contract drafting skills. In-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial transactions, including: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Corporate Finance. Private Equity. Deal Structuring. Transactional Tax. Fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Afrikaans will be advantageous. Fully computer literate, including MS Word and Excel. R25k to R65k CTC as a basic salary (depending on experience and qualifications) + incentives
