Support multiple platforms (SCCM, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop) Consult with customers to determine application requirements Implement and enhance Modern Desktop management toolsets Stay updated on Microsoft service improvements Facilitate technical testing and research for system upgrades and improvements Develop automation scripts, utilities, and reports Identify and develop integration layers with other workspace management tools Perform daily health checks, configuration changes, and 3rd level stand-by support Lead Azure Virtual Desktop incidents to resolution, including advanced issues and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Adapt responsibilities based on urgent needs Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager (current branch) and IT operations Proficient in Incident, Problem, and Change Management Strong communication skills (oral and written) Ability to support, cooperate, analyse, interpret, and organise tasks Self-starter, pragmatic, and flexible Decision-making, delivering results, and applying expertise in technology Applications:
