Description:
Duties:Logistics regarding sending samples whether for local or export clients.
Assisting the winemaker with WineMS admin. Adding deliveries, dry goods, and all consumables on the system.
Maintaining the sensorial tasting schedule as per wine online regulations.
Assisting with the ordering of dry goods where needed before production.
Adjusting WineMS with the chemicals as received from suppliers and placing it on the system.
Adding the wine sales orders to the system and supplying Procurement with the monthly reports.
Assist with the logistics of moving stock to and from storage facility.
Liaising with clients in terms of order placement.
Logistics behind orders regarding national clients with the wine sales manager.
Logistic arrangements with export/import of containers
Deliveries, invoices, following up on payments.
Assisting the wine sales manager with the wine club (record keeping, orders, contact; and
Checking of stock levels at warehouses and distribution companies.
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal qualification
Knowledge of logistics systems and competence with Microsoft programs.
Administratively precise and well organized. Task orientated.
Honest and trustworthy, ethical, respectful, flexible, and committed to excellence.
Good interpersonal skills and communication
Outgoing, responsible, positive, can-do attitude, self-motivated and confident.
Proven experience in Wine warehousing
Proven experience in SAWIS
Proven experience in logistics & Excise background will be an advant
