What You'll Do:
Define and lead go-to-market strategies and commercial roadmaps Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and global market expansion Oversee sales, marketing, and customer solutions teams Manage key relationships with distributors, resellers, and end users Collaborate across teams to implement pricing frameworks and product plans Champion customer experience with robust CRM strategies
What You'll Bring:
Extensive experience in the mining industry, with a solid understanding of sector-specific dynamics and challenges A Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) At least 5 years' experience in commercial management, strategy, or business development Strong leadership and mentoring experience Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Experience in managing product supply chains and cross-functional teams A keen understanding of local and international markets
