Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, journal processing, and variance analysis.
- Assist with year-end audits, liaise with Auditors, and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Oversee VAT, tax calculations, and regulatory submissions.
Job Experience & Skills:- BCom Accounting or Finance.
- 5 years experience in a financial accounting role within the property industry.
- Advanced MDA experience.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
