What We’re Looking For:
> Solid PC & IT skills—comfortable working with Windows, networking, and system setups. > A strong communicator with a professional and friendly telephone manner. > A genuine interest in software, coding, and technology – this role can grow into a development career. > Ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet. > Bonus: If you speak a 2nd international language, that’s a great plus!
Responsibilities:
> Technical support to our customers via phone, email, and remote tools. > Assist with software configurations, updates, and troubleshooting. > Work alongside our developers and sales team on deployments. > Log and track support requests with care and attention to detail.
Location:
Our office is based in Gardens, Cape Town, just off the highway with easy access via MyCity bus routes. You'll be working in a friendly, fast-paced, and tech-driven environment.
