Minimum requirements:Degree or Diploma in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related
field (preferred) 57 years experience in a production or operations role within printing or manufacturing industry Experience with flexographic, digital, and wide-web press operations essential Demonstrated leadership across multiple departments and shifts Proficient in ERP systems, dashboards (e.g., SAP, Sage X3, Power BI), and advanced Excel Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Departmental Oversight & Coordination Provide hands-on leadership to Supervisors, Managers, and Team Leaders across: Digital, Soma, Flexo, and SAAD print departments
o Finishing and converting lines
o Production Administration
o Ink stations and ink technicians Ensure all departments operate in line with daily production schedules and agreed
capacity plans. Monitor inter-departmental handovers (e.g., press-to-finishing, admin-toproduction floor) to reduce delays and bottlenecks. Quality & Compliance: Work with the Quality department to maintain and improve product quality from print through to finishing.
- Drive corrective/preventive action processes (CAPA) and proactively reduce quality failures. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor Manager, Supervisors and Team Leaders across shifts and departments, including Production Admin and Ink Stations. Implement structured daily meetings, shift handovers, and performance feedback routines. Ensure skills coverage and cross-training throughout production operations Waste Management & Reduction: Champion waste reduction across printing, finishing, ink management, and production admin functions. Monitor material use and identify loss points; ensure accurate tracking of allwaste streams. Work with Finance and Procurement to quantify waste costs and support recovery initiatives. Factory-based role with continuous engagement on the production floor MondayFriday with extended hours or Saturdays as required Occasional off-site visits (e.g., suppliers, sister sites)
