Minimum requirements:Minimum of 5 years working experience in an office management or operations management role Completed Grade 12 with a business/office and or operations management role Experience in leading or managing teams, demonstrate ability to guide and motivate others Understanding of business operations, processes and procedures Excellent time management, multitasking abilities for managing a busy office environment Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with employees, clients and vendors Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and other relevant office software s required Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work demands in a dynamic office environment Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Understanding of basic budgeting and financial procedures A team player who works well independently Analyse salesforce data on programme and financial report and discrepancies or inaccurate reports to the Regional Manager Acting as the Occupational Health and Safety Officer responsibilities Ensure all donations are acknowledged and thanked for Oversee the collection of donated goods
