Key Responsibilities:Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests in the restaurant, tasting room, and during private functions. Present menus, explain dishes and wine pairings, and assist guests in making informed choices. Ensure tables are impeccably set and cleared with efficiency and elegance. Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service. Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care. Maintain a clean and orderly dining environment, in line with 5-star standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or upmarket wine estate preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of wine and food pairing is an advantage (WSET or similar certification a plus). Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a commitment to exceptional service. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a dynamic team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
