Location: Century City
Salary: R10,000 – R12,000 (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time | 3-Month Contract (with potential for permanent placement)
We are seeking a Junior Creditors Clerk & Administrative Support to join our team in Century City. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured environment and is looking to grow in the finance and admin field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and process purchase orders in Sage
- Match and process supplier invoices accurately
- Upload invoices and PODs to Microsoft 365
- Update item codes and pricing
- Scan and upload staff files for record-keeping
- Resolve creditor queries efficiently
- Provide general administrative support across departments
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel and computer-literate
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
