Architectural Sales Consultant – CPT – Market Related
Location: Paarden Eiland
Salary: Market-related + Commission (based on quarterly revenue)
Work Hours: Mon–Fri, every second Saturday (8:30am–1pm, with one Saturday off per month)

A leading company in the construction materials industry is seeking a dynamic, experienced Architectural Sales Consultant to join their growing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in construction materials
  • Strong B2B relationship management skills
  • Existing portfolio of Architects, Designers, and Developers (advantageous)
  • Matric (compulsory)
  • Relevant qualification in business, sales, marketing or design (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Ability to balance new business development with client retention
  • Comfortable advising on technical and design aspects
  • Organised with good admin and reporting habits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Assist designers in tile selection and specification
  • Meet revenue targets and KPIs
  • Represent the company’s values with integrity and professionalism
