Architectural Sales Consultant – CPT – Market Related
Location: Paarden Eiland
Salary: Market-related + Commission (based on quarterly revenue)
Work Hours: Mon–Fri, every second Saturday (8:30am–1pm, with one Saturday off per month)
A leading company in the construction materials industry is seeking a dynamic, experienced Architectural Sales Consultant to join their growing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in construction materials
- Strong B2B relationship management skills
- Existing portfolio of Architects, Designers, and Developers (advantageous)
- Matric (compulsory)
- Relevant qualification in business, sales, marketing or design (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Ability to balance new business development with client retention
- Comfortable advising on technical and design aspects
- Organised with good admin and reporting habits
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Assist designers in tile selection and specification
- Meet revenue targets and KPIs
- Represent the company’s values with integrity and professionalism
