OPERATOR TRAINER - MINING (SPRINGS)

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operator Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training on mining machinery. The successful candidate will ensure operators are trained to a competent level, evaluate their performance, and maintain training standards across sites. Minimum Requirements:

• Qualification: Assessor and Moderator Certificate (NQF5)
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in mining equipment operation and/or training.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Additional: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to remote sites.
