Description:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a JSE Sponsor Analyst to join a leading Corporate Finance team. The successful candidate will support sponsor services work and be responsible for ensuring compliance with JSE Listings Requirements and other applicable regulations, as well as managing submissions, client interactions, and regulatory engagements.
We require a candidate with:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Successful completion of SDP certificate preferred
• Familiarity with JSE Listings Requirements and related regulations is essential
• Experience with client interaction and ability to work under pressure
