National Fleet / Logistics Company based in Blackheath Cape Town is seeking to employ a fleet controller to join their team
Main Requirements: In line with our clients recruitment requirements, the successful candidate will have Grade 12 and a valid driver's license
Below is the main responsibilities of this role ( but not limited to)
Damages Process:
Damages checked against cheek sheet
Pictures to accompany check and quotes
Liaise with ops to generate RA to workshops
Obtain workshop report and quotes ( 48 Hours turnaround time)
Servicing of vehicle, Tail lifts
Planned in advance— with Monthly Fleet Report Liaison: with Ops
COF, Licensing
Planned in advance— with Monthly Fleet Report Liaison: with Ops Team,
Disposals
Disposal planning and preparation Liaison: with Ops Team, BM, RMB
Acquisitions
New fleet, Complete vehicle file, Transfers
Fleet Month end reports
Reconcile fleet
Report on non-movement of vehicles ,
Fines, Tracl‹er, Etols
Tracker audit ( All vehicles)
Tracker audit ( All units reporting)
Etol ( Ali vehicles fitted with etags and active)
Fines process, fines sent to client and charged out or paid
Yard:
Parking allocations
Manage vehicle parking,
Yard list — to be completed every morning and captured before 10.00 am, Signed off — exceptions accounted for — investigations — Filing
