Job Title: Clerk of Works/ Site QS
Location: North West, Bojanala Platinum District, Rustenburg
Job Type: 6 months Contract, Full-Time hours

Job Duties:
- Ensure construction projects comply with specifications, regulations, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Prepare detailed reports on site activities, issues, and resolutions
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to address construction issues
- Review project plans and drawings to identify potential problems and propose solutions
- Receive material and equipment from contractors and suppliers at the laydown area.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Proven experience as a Clerk of Works or Site Quantity Surveyor
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulations
Experience:
6-8 years’ experience as a Clerk of Works or Site Quantity Surveyor
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
