Description:

• • Responsible for maintaining and constructing industrial machinery, for the unassembled equipment when it arrives at the site as well as using hoisting and moving equipment, that position the pieces that need to be assembled.
  • Maintain services equipment.
  • Responsible for plant availability and breakdown repairs on services equipment.
  • Drive and implement improvements on services equipment.
  • Implement shutdown and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Condition based maintenance trending and tracking on services equipment.
  • Problem solving 5-why analysis on breakdowns.
  • Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
  • Comply with Quality System.
  • Ensure that isolation and lockout on mobile plant is done.
  • Do electrical fault finding and repairs on plant.
  • Do electrical work on DB boards.
  • Maintain electrical lights and components in mobile containers offices.
  • Do electrical inspections.

  • Min 2 years working experience as a qualified Millwright.
  • Previous experience working in a mining environment on a crushing and screening plant.
  • Applicants must be computer literate.
  • Applicant should function well within a team and also be able to work independently.
