3–5+ years' proven experience managing full marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of brand management principles

High proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot , etc.

Experience with campaign tracking, reporting & optimisation

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
