Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a proactive and professional manner, striving for swift resolution. Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a technical or industrial setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for building relationships. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office suite and Pastel is advantageous. Salary:
