Position Overview:Set and maintain strategic direction for the Service unit whilst taking responsibility and accountability for its performance, operational efficiency, growth and reporting. Driving Sales and all related logistics regarding the service department.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out high-quality general maintenance and servicing on vehicles Apply diagnostic and repair techniques as per training and standard procedures Adhere to manufacturer and company servicing guidelines Deliver honest, ethical workmanship to support customer satisfaction and retention Troubleshoot issues efficiently using structured methods and prior experienceMinimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent Basic computer literacyPreferred Experience
5 years of cross-functional workshop experience Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing roleCore Competencies
Skilled in using computer diagnostics tools Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to represent the brand professionally Committed to delivering outstanding customer servicePersonal Attributes
