Optimize our brand through your culinary skills
Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are always of the highest quality
Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating food cost effectively and on an ongoing basis.
Operate and maintain all department equipment.
Menu adherence and production of the menus set out.
Safe hygiene & Safety practices in the kitchen.
Strong attention to detail
Keep up to date with international culinary trends.
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal culinary qualification
Proven Culinary experience.
A minimum of 4 years experience in a 4 / 5* Hotel environment.
Excellent English Speaking and Written a necessity.
Zulu Speaking and understanding is an advantage.
