What you'll do:Run daily workshop operations Lead and support technicians (incl. fault-finding & customer visits) Manage staff, stock, reports, and health & safety Build customer/supplier relationships Drive productivity, profitability, and process improvement
What youll need:
5+ years in workshop management Technical/Mechanical exposure (Trade Test a bonus) Strong admin, planning, and ERP (Syspro/MS Excel) skills Solid understanding of OHSA Confident communicator with great leadership abilities
Nice to have:
Experience with automation, installations, and training.
