Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulations Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to senior management Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and the board of directors Manage cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and key stakeholders Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting Oversee tax planning and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements Collaborate with other departments to offer financial guidance for informed decision-making Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practicesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field Relevant professional certification is highly preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with 2+ years in a similar role Proven ability to lead a medium-sized team (approx. 10 people) Experience in Construction and Property finance is highly advantageousSkills:
