Overview:
A leading global tax recovery firm is seeking an experienced and commercially minded CA or CFA to join their business development team as a Regional Director. This is a senior-level, individual contributor role focused on driving new business growth within the withholding tax recovery space. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging institutional investors, and managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities
Define and execute sales strategies and outreach approaches tailored to each prospect
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, and client meetings
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including commercial analysis, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation
Respond to RFPs and prepare customised sales material for client engagements
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and KPIs
Represent the organisation at industry events, networking forums, and thought leadership platforms
Enhance brand visibility through content creation and market engagement
Apply MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies for pipeline management and sales effectiveness
Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and best practices through ongoing professional development
Requirements:
CA or CFA qualification with a minimum of 2 years post-articles experience
Front-office experience within the investment management or financial services industry
