A leading, fast-growing organisation is seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of People to lead and evolve its People & Culture function. This senior role is critical to shaping the organisation's culture, driving world-class HR strategies, and ensuring an outstanding employee experience as the business scales globally. The position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with senior leadership to implement initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
People Strategy & Culture Development: Design and execute a people strategy aligned with business growth objectives, aiming to position the organisation as an employer of choice
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Partner with leadership to attract and retain high-calibre talent, ensuring the right capabilities are in place to drive success
Employee Experience & Engagement: Champion a people-first culture that prioritises employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being
Leadership & Talent Development: Develop and implement leadership programmes and career development initiatives across all levels of the organisation
HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR policies, benefits, compensation, and compliance with employment laws, locally and across global locations
Performance & Reward Management: Design and manage fair, transparent, and competitive performance and reward structures
Change Management & Organisational Development: Lead transformation initiatives that encourage agility, innovation, and collaboration
