Requirements:A masters degree in Agribusiness Development,/ Agriculture or related Additional professional certifications or specialized training in market development, financial services for agribusiness, policy analysis, or agricultural trade will be an advantage. Proven experience in developing and implementing business solutions, financial instruments, or policy interventions that support agribusiness growth. Strong Business Development skills Strategic Leadership skills Well-developed and effective organizational skills, including to ability to multi-task, and work in a high-pressured environment. Strategic Thinking & Leadership Agribusiness and Market Development Expertise Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Management Policy & Regulatory Knowledge Key Responsibilities:
