Description:

Key responsibilities for this role includes:

Assisting buyers or operations with purchasing, planning and administrative functions which include: quotations, placing or orders, return of goods, researching suppliers Expediting of placed orders - determine delivery due dates for planning purposes, expediting to ensure on time delivery of material and bought out components as per requirements Issuing and releasing of planned work as per schedule Printing and batching drawings and distribution to relevant departments Export / Import Administration - arrange and track incoming shipments

Requirements:

Matric Purchasing Diploma / degree Excellent numerical skills with advanced MS Office proficiency Previous relevant experience
