What Youll Do:Design and execute an innovative cocktail menu that celebrates local ingredients, seasonal flavors, and estate-produced wines and spirits. Lead and mentor the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences with flair and precision. Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, and Sommelier to create harmonious pairings and elevate the estates holistic offering. Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency across all bar services. Oversee stock control, ordering, costing, and inventory management. Drive bar revenue through creative events, upselling, and guest engagement. Stay ahead of global mixology trends while keeping sustainability and storytelling at the core of the beverage experience.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 35 years experience as a Head Bartender or Mixologist in a luxury or high-end environment. Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and modern mixology techniques. Passion for hospitality, creativity, and guest interaction. Strong leadership, training, and team development skills. A polished, professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Experience working with wine estates, boutique hotels, or fine dining venues is an advantage. WSET or similar beverage certification is a plus.
