Description:

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about supporting clients on their homeownership journey? We're looking for a meticulous Home Loans Vetting Administrator to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate assessment, verification, and documentation of home loan applications in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vet and verify home loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Liaise with clients, banks, attorneys, and internal teams to collect and validate required documentation.

  • Conduct credit checks and affordability assessments in line with financial regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of all vetting activities and update internal systems accordingly.

  • Identify and escalate potential risks or discrepancies in applications.

  • Assist with preparing files for submission to lenders and ensuring timelines are met.

  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Vet and verify home loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Matric certificate (essential); further tertiary qualification in finance or administration is advantageous, but not essential

  • Proven experience in a home loans, financial services, or compliance administration role.

  • Strong understanding of credit vetting processes.

  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
