To be successful as a Financial Advisor at Liberty, you will require the following:
Requirements:
- Customer Service: 2 to 3 years
- Sales: 2 to 3 years
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle
Grade 12(compulsory) - PGDip Financial Planning/CFP will be considered advantageous, but not a requirement
Needs to be a team player with the ability to function independently
Experience and a track record in high performance sales environments
Has a network in which they can attract and source both individual and corporate clients
Strong sales, interpersonal and business development skills and acumen
Even if you do not have industry experience, our comprehensive training program and on-going mentoring, will provide you with the knowledge and skills to be successful.
