Description:

Stellenbosch. My client, a leader in the agricultural industry, has a vacancy for a Sales Administrator / Office Administrator to join their team. Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification (Diploma / Degree) is essential
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • Must work well in a team and have good communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritize important and urgent tasks
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Own vehicle is Essential
Duties will include, but not limited to:
  • Sales monthly planning and reports
  • Sales monthly expenses
  • Monthly petty cash
  • General daily administration
  • Managing the canteen and the kitchen staff
  • Booking accommodation
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the correct department
  • Handling emails
Office Hours:
Monday – Thursdays: 08h00 – 17h00
Fridays: 08h00 – 16h00
