We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting our products to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to showcase our products and services
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer complaints
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to maintain a competitive edge
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 80% of the time) own vehicle required. Company will pay for business related petrol
  • Experience in the plastic bag manufacturing industry

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a manufacturing or related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 80% of the time) own vehicle required. Company will pay for business related petrol

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the plastic bag manufacturing industry

Product Knowledge and Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and applications.

Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to handle objections, resolve customer complaints, and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.

Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong desire to succeed and grow in the role.
