Estate Agency based in the Southern Suburbs require a Senior Rental Administrator to join their rapidly growing rental department.
Job Description
- To assist with the day-to-day running of office.
- All duties related to Sectional Title Rental Portfolio as per KPA
- PayProp / WeConnectu software knowledge is a requirement for the job .
- Capturing of data on our systems
- Assist with agent queries.
- Liaising with all parties such as Landlords, Tenants, Agents, Directors, Trustees, debt collectors, members of BC or HOA and other departments.
- Credit checks/vetting.
- Drawing up of leases and uploading/capturing when signed agreement received.
- Ensuring all compliant paperwork is in place, system is updated with minutes and communication.
- Communication emails and SMS’ to owners and residents
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries/requests and handling when/where appropriate
- Preparing relevant AGM packs as well as other paperwork such as resolutions etc.
- Ensuring the capturing and billing of rent rolls, levies, municipal chargers, water and electricity
- Handling of insurance claims
- Gathering of information from Lightstone, CMA Gathering
- Checking agents' online ads
- Basic accounting when necessary
- Credit checks / vetting and drawing up of leases and ensuring that they are returned signed by all parties
- Filing and uploading of all relevant documentation

- At least three to five years in similiar role
- PayProp / WeConnectu software knowledge is a requirement for the position.
- Sectional Title/HOA /Rental Portfolio knowledge will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Insurance claims

- High attention to detail
- Must be deadline driven and able to work under pressure.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of POPI and PPRA
