Are you experienced in selling high-end or luxury products to industry of professionals - Developers, Architects, Construction Consultants, and affluent homeowners?Our client, a market leader in innovative home technology, is seeking a results-oriented and adaptable sales professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment. REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience within a similar environment
  • Driver’s License with own reliable transport
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Structured and organised, with the ability to plan and methodically execute sales activities
  • Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively to manage leads and track sales activities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • The successful candidate must also be willing to travel to outlying areas such as Eastern Cape, KwaZulu Natal or Namibia

DUTIES
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan by pursuing new business leads and achieving monthly sales targets
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of leads
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to determine the best mobility solution unique to the client’s requirements and provide expert product knowledge and advice
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth installation process for the client. Follow up with outstanding accounts promptly and take necessary steps to resolve any issues
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments and leverage this knowledge to position company as a leader in the market
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adhere to high ethical standards of behaviour in all aspects of your work, including honesty, accountability, and integrity

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
