We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager for our client in Helderberg, Somerset West.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring effective communication and resolution of claims, warranties, and contractual matters.
- Coordinate and track all design iterations and changes during development and serial production phases.
- Implement and maintain a robust "lessons learned" framework to capture and apply knowledge from past and current projects.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing updates to the project steering committee on key performance indicators.
- Track and manage project budgets, identifying cost drivers and proposing cost-saving measures.
- Identify, assess, prioritize, and monitor project risks using structured risk management tools.
- Provide clear, regular, and structured feedback to internal and external stakeholders on project status.
- Oversee all project management activities, addressing bottlenecks, escalating issues where needed, and exploring viable alternatives.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, define milestones and responsibilities, and allocate and oversee work packages.
- Review customer purchase orders to ensure alignment with the latest offers and specifications.
- Ensure the timely resolution and implementation of solutions to customer-reported or internally identified project issues.
- Facilitate smooth transitions between Development and Industrialization and Serial Production phases.

- Minimum of 3 years of proven project management experience within a manufacturing environment (Essential).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project.
- Strong project management capabilities: formal qualification in project management is preferred.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and design principles (Advantageous).
- Experience in working with global teams and across diverse cultural environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent (Advantageous).
Minimum Requirements & Key Skills:
