Join an FMCG team as a Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical & Facilities) in the Western Cape!
This role offers you a chance to lead a maintenance team in an FMCG production plant, making sure machines are maintained timeously, remain in reliable order, and run smoothly. In this leadership position you’ll be required to monitor artisan performance, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot maintenance problems, keep equipment running efficiently, and support the maintenance team.
Requirements:
To be considered, you’ll need at least an N4 qualification, a relevant mechanical Trade Test, and have 5 years’ of supervisory experience in a similar environment.
