DUTIES:
- Performance management within the sales team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
- Manage and monitor sales budgets
- Maintain strong customer relations
- Identifying customer complaints
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Set clear sales targets and goals
- Generate reports and analyze sales data to track performance
- Oversee and manage both local and regional sales operations
- Must be willing to travel nationally as required
- Handle and source key accounts to support business growth
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
