Our client in Parow Industrial, Cape Town is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or sales management, with a strong ability to drive performance and exceed targets. A proven track record in developing effective sales strategies and analyzing market trends is essential. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to travel to meet clients in up-country regions. A Matric (Grade 12) qualification is required. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Sales Management
  • Strong sales ability and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Skilled in analyzing market trends to inform business decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients in up-country regions

DUTIES:
  • Performance management within the sales team
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Manage and monitor sales budgets
  • Maintain strong customer relations
  • Identifying customer complaints
  • Building and maintaining relationships
  • Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Set clear sales targets and goals
  • Generate reports and analyze sales data to track performance
  • Oversee and manage both local and regional sales operations
  • Must be willing to travel nationally as required
  • Handle and source key accounts to support business growth
HOURS:
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
