Job Title: Remote First Line IT Support Desk Engineer
We’re looking for a proactive and customer focused First Line IT Support Desk Engineer to join our remote team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users, providing technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
What You’ll Do:

Respond to and resolve first-line technical support queries

Log and track issues through to resolution

Escalate complex problems when necessary

Assist with account setups, password resets, and software installations
What We’re Looking For:

Strong English communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude

Basic knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and general IT troubleshooting

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Previous experience in a support role is a plus
Location: Remote work from home (24/7 Shift working hours)
Type: Full-time, 6-month contract with permanent possibility.
** Work from Home - Own PC/Laptop, alternate power (UPS) and Stable Fast Internet Connection a prerequisite.
