Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Events/Programme Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of dynamic retail-focused events and initiatives. Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of national and regional events, activations, and internal programmes
Assist in developing event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
Coordinate communications and marketing support for events and initiatives
Manage guest lists, RSVP processes, venue bookings, and supplier logistics
Provide on-site event support and post-event wrap-ups including reporting and feedback collation
Track and manage programme deliverables across multiple workstreams
Contribute to creative brainstorming and content planning sessions
