Minimum Requirements
A 3-year IT qualification. 58 years of relevant IT experience, with a focus on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM modules. In-depth technical and architectural knowledge, including:PeopleTools and PeopleSoft configuration Oracle Weblogic, SQL Server, Windows Server OS PeopleSoft security, integration broker, and diagnostic tools Backup & disaster recovery procedures Project management capability and strong documentation skills. End-to-end understanding of enterprise IT environments, ideally within a retail setting.

Partner with the IT Manager and application teams to deliver scalable and efficient system solutions. Provide input into the ITS and systems strategy, risk management, and technology roadmaps. Ensure systems integrity through solution design, technical reviews, and adherence to architectural standards. Lead and mentor a diverse team to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. Stay abreast of the latest technologies and proactively recommend improvements and innovations.
