A well-established business is seeking to appoint a Manager: Events & SponsorshipTo manage all sponsorships provided by the company to external parties for the effective delivery of the objectives of such sponsorships, and adhering to the prescribed governance and policies pertaining to these sponsorships. Minimum Education and Experience: Diploma in Marketing, Events management or hospitality related qualification 5 years' experience in event operations and sponsorship management Critical Competencies: Microsoft Office Financial Accounting principles Eventing Policies/ Framework and procedures Customer service excellence Interpersonal skills Social media awareness Additional Requirements: Knowledge/Experience of Sponsorship Management and Event Planning Knowledge of Events and Sponsorship trends Knowledge of PFMA Occupational Health and safety legislation Budget management Principles Treasury Regulations related to sponsorships & events Please note that if you have not received a response within 14 days of submitting your application that your application was unsuccessful.
