This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical abilities and experience in managing financial processes. Key Responsibilities:
ð¹ Overseeing supplier processing, reconciliations, and payment schedules.
ð¹ Ensuring VAT compliance, including reconciliations and returns submissions.
ð¹ Managing tax-related tasks such as provisional and annual tax returns .
ð¹ Reviewing and maintaining petty cash, forex transactions, and bank reconciliations .
ð¹ Assisting with the preparation of supplier payments (local and international).
ð¹ Conducting revenue reconciliations and processing deferred revenue.
ð¹ Overseeing the fixed asset register, stock adjustments, and inventory reporting .
ð¹ Managing payroll inputs, commission processing, and intercompany accounts .
ð¹ Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and preparing monthly management accounts.
ð¹ Assisting with audit preparations and financial reporting .
ð¹ Contributing to cash flow projections and budgeting .
ð¹ Ensuring accurate financial processing and reporting up to trial balance .
ð¹ Supervising a finance team and ensuring smooth operational execution.

Requirements:
âï¸ A relevant accounting Degree .
âï¸ At least 6+ years of experience in a similar accounting role.
âï¸ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., Pastel, Sage, or similar systems) .
âï¸ Excellent knowledge of financial principles, VAT regulations, and tax compliance.
âï¸ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
âï¸ High level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality .
âï¸ Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines .
