A leading South African supplier of end-of-line packaging and fastening solutions for industrial, agricultural, and commercial use is looking for a Workshop Manager to lead our Cape Town branch.If you're technically strong, great with people, and have hands-on workshop management experience, we want to hear from you! What you'll do:- Run daily workshop operations
- Lead and support technicians (incl. fault-finding & customer visits)
- Manage staff, stock, reports, and health & safety
- Build customer/supplier relationships
- Drive productivity, profitability, and process improvement
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years in workshop management
- Technical/Mechanical exposure (Trade Test a bonus)
- Strong admin, planning, and ERP (Syspro/MS Excel) skills
- Solid understanding of OHSA
- Confident communicator with great leadership abilities
Nice to have:
- Experience with automation, installations, and training.
