Admin Coordinator

Area; Lesotho

Salary R20 000 negotiable depending on experience

Our client provides milling products (Maize meal, Wheat flour & Mabela), as well as Animal Feed products and Soya products for South Africa.

Minimum Requirements

Own vehicle and valid drivers

2 years experience leading a team or in a supervisor role

2 years minimum as an administrator

Experience in inventory control and processes

Strong ability with Excel and reporting and data reconciliation skills

General information and functions

Supervisory Responsibilities

· Supervise the team to develop and maintain positive working relationships and reach objectives

· Assist with the development of the performance of staff to drive employee productivity.

Skills Development

· Ensure the development of subordinates and self-according to business and departmental needs.

Health and Safety Standards

· You are accountable for maintaining a clean, uncluttered, and hazardous-free work area and emergency exits are not obstructed.

· Ensure personal hygiene standards are maintained and take reasonable care for your health and safety and the health and safety of your subordinates.

· Ensure staff participate and comply with OHS activities and procedures and report any unsafe actions and conditions to OHS Department.

Quality Food Safety Standards

· Ensure compliance of policies and procedures are followed by employees within department.

· Ensure cleaning programmes are maintained to ensure suitability and effectiveness

Brand Reputation Management

· Become a brand ambassador of the organisation’s culture by supporting HR innovations and contributing to achieving service excellence.

· Project the desired brand image to the public, customers, and other organisational constituents.

General

· Performing any other task not specified herein which, from time to time, may be assigned by the manager.

·

· Carry out the company’s vision and mission statement by practising its core values in your day-to-day work life, contributing to the organisation’s future position and its goals and objectives.

Administration

· Perform complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies according to company standards.

· Implement and maintain an inventory tracking system to optimise inventory control procedures.
