Jy sal ‘n sleutelrol speel in die oordra van kernwaardes, prosedures en vaardighede aan nuwe spanlede. Hierdie rol vereis sterk kommunikasievaardighede, uitstekende organisatoriese vermoëns, en ‘n natuurlike neiging tot mentorskap en ontwikkeling.

Call Centre Training Manager
Our client is looking for an energetic and passionate Call Centre Training Manager – Collections Department to educate, support, and train new agents within a debt collection environment. You will play a key role in transferring core values, procedures, and skills to new team members. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a natural inclination toward mentorship and development.
📍 Location: Pretoria
💰 Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Train and develop all new agents in a debt collection call centre

Develop training materials such as digital presentations, manuals, and instructional videos
-
Draft procedures and policies regarding sales techniques and appropriate conduct
-
Schedule and facilitate training sessions on relevant call centre topics
-
Provide refresher training to experienced employees on new procedures
-
Monitor daily activities and identify areas for improvement
-
Collaborate with team leaders and management for on-the-job training
-
Measure the effectiveness of training sessions and keep track of progress reports
-
Manage the training budget
-
Ensure productivity and client satisfaction
Job Requirements:

Grade 12

2–3 years of experience in debt collection

Good knowledge of systems and workflows

Diploma in Education is advantageous
