Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and maintain a compelling product vision aligned with market trends, user needs, and strategic objectives.
• Market Insight: Conduct trend analysis and gather customer insights to guide product innovation and roadmap planning.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to execute on product goals.
• Agile Delivery: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring efficient and effective delivery in an Agile environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate product direction and gather feedback.
• Customer-First Thinking: Champion the user experience—identifying pain points and creating products that delight customers.
• Innovation Mindset: Promote experimentation and creative problem-solving within the product team.
• Results Focused: Establish KPIs and use data to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven ability to innovate and differentiate in competitive markets.
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Deep customer empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Solid technical acumen with experience working alongside development teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in startups or high-growth environments.
• Certified Product Owner (Scrum.org or equivalent).
• MBA or similar advanced business qualification.
• Experience with UX/UI design principles; Figma experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and software development tools.
• Understanding of system architecture and CI/CD environments.
