Description:
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and brand.
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
· Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
· Collaborate with international teams to drive the portfolio of brands in key markets.
· Be the brand/portfolio custodian including understanding the brand profitability and actively work towards improving profitability
· Manage and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, website content, and social media posts.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
· Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media, and partners.
· Organize and participate in wine tastings, trade shows, and other promotional events.
· Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing effort
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to think creatively and strategically.
· Proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Excel
· Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
· Passion for wine and a deep knowledge of wine products and industry trends.
